I will have staple-up radiant heat on the first story of my new construction.  The first floor joists are 9.5 TJI, 16" on center.  The joists are on top of a full basement, 9' stemwall.  What type of insulation should I use between the joists to radiate the heat upwards?

please use some type of distribution plates. 4 to 1 rule for every 1 r-value of flooring use 4 r-value of insulation in the joist.
