What is Green Building Leads?

Green Building Leads connects you to project owners who are looking to build green.

• Each lead is generated when a project owner (generally the home/building owner) fills out an online Request for Quote.
• We verify all contact and project information for accuracy via telephone.
• Each lead is available to a maximum of three contractors for each product category.

How does it work?

1. Project owners, mostly home/building owners, come to GreenBuildingTalk and fill out an online request for quote.
2. This information is then verified by our research staff before making it available to professionals that are interested in working on the project.
3. Building professionals search for leads that fit their market criteria and preview each lead.
4. Building professionals purchase leads to receive the contact information.
5. Building professionals contact the project owner.

What kind of information is contained in each lead?

Each lead contains all the critical information you need to determine whether the job fits your criteria, including location (city/state), estimated budget, start date, green technologies/products under consideration, project description, contact information, and contact preference.

How many leads are available in my area?

You can search and preview the database for free.

How much does it cost?

$10 for leads with e-mail address only. $15 for leads with phone and e-email address. Each lead is available to a maximum of three contractors for each product category.

What if the information is inaccurate?

We verify the contact information via telephone before making them available. Therefore, we guarantee the accuracy of the contact information. If the telephone # or email address is inaccurate, we will refund the cost of the lead.

What if the project owner doesn't return my call or if I don't have success with the lead?

We want to be clear with you so there aren't any misunderstandings: Not every project owner will be interested in moving forward with you. Ultimately, the success you have with Green Building Leads will be based on how you represent yourself, your sales process/techniques and your work. We will do our part by verifying all contact information and weeding out projects that don't meet our quality standards- projects that are too small, too far out, or those that we feel are unrealistic. We do not offer refunds or replacements once your purchase the lead (unless the contact information is inaccurate)

How do I start?

Simply search the leads database and click on the projects you'd like to purchase. You'll have immediate access to the leads upon purchase. BuildCentral (owners of GreenBuildingTalk) accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
