I am planning to build a house in Vancouver area using ICF (basement + floors + until roof).

I have a very hard time finding online estimates of the cost and I was hoping somebody here will be kind enough to share some estimates or experience. To keep the estimation simple the specifications are the following:
   - 3 stories: full basement + main floor + 2nd floor.
   - size: 25ft x 50 ft (rectangular shape => 4 corners)
   - all walls built with ICF. Based on my estimation the ICF walls will be (2 x 25ft + 2 x 50ft) x 30ft = 4500 linear feet of ICF (not excluding the window space).
   - basement will have a concrete slab on EPS 2" forms for under-slab insulation.
   - main floor and second floor will have an ICF concrete floor (QuadDeck / InsulDeck). Because of that, probably the ICF walls will have to be 6" core concrete up to the roof.
   - the roof will be wood frame.

I want to know, if possible, an estimation of only building the ICF structure (no interior / exterior finishing, no electrical / no plumbing). I know it may be a long shot to get somebody in Vancouver area to be able to do an estimation as here 99.9% of the residential building are wood frame (except basement). The estimate should include: ICF forms + concrete + rebar + labor + anything else related to building the ICF structure (concrete pump rental, etc.).

Thank you a lot in advance!

That's because your cost with ICF varies much more with the installer rather than the cost of the materials. 50' is a long straight run. You might consider some bumpouts or interior walls to strengthen those long runs.

Thank you for the quick reply!

I am well aware of the fact that the cost is also dependent on the ICF contractor, but I was hoping to get at least a ball-park figure like 15-20$ per linear feet of wall or X-Y $ per square foot of floor. Or, something like "The cost would be at least XYZ $. For anything less I would not even get up from the bed."

I am planning to have also some interior walls made with ICF, but majority will be wood frame. I have only one problem with one side of the main floor as I did not want to attach any walls to that, but if it is a must I will change the design to accommodate that requirement.

You just need enough ICF wall to buttress the long runs in the basement. It helps reduce the steel needs and possibly, the thickness of the walls.
